The proposal is defined by a ground floor garden wall for privacy, large party walls to separate apartments, and cantilevered floor plates. Pigmented concrete, operable shutters, and large garden terraces contribute to the architectural identity of the building. A double-height entrance leads to a central circulation core and access to four apartments per floor. Each apartment is efficiently organized with private spaces adjacent to the core allowing for large open plan living at the corners of the building.
